You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, analyzing business processes to drive automation, and ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and internal controls.\nWhat you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)\nPerform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of differences.\nConduct account analysis, explaining variances and trends with a driver-based, data-backed approach.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the group.\nExecute and document SOX controls and other internal controls, maintaining clear audit trails.\nAnalyze business processes and propose improvement opportunities, focusing on standardization and automation.\nManage accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and expenses/budget tracking.\nSupport external and internal audits by preparing workpapers and supporting documentation.\nPost accounting journal entries supported by complete analysis and consistent application of policies.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.3+ years of experience in Accounting teams, ideally in multinational or high-growth environments.\nSolid knowledge of accounting postings/imputations, debits/credits, and key close processes.\nAdvanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).\nAdvanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily international collaboration.\nGeneral understanding of IFRS and core financial statements.\nAbility to work in a fast-changing environment and deliver on tight month-end timelines.\nNice to have\nExperience using ERPs such as SAP (Fiori), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nExperience with process automation or data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Alteryx, RPA).\nExposure to emerging markets, payments, fintech, or high-transaction-volume businesses.\nExperience with group-level/corporate reporting packages and consolidations.\nBenefits\n100% remote\nStrategic, high-visibility role within a modern engineering culture\nCollaborative international team and strong technical leadership\nCareer plan with growth and leadership opportunities within Coderio\nWhy join Coderio?\nAt Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
