Intermediate (L2) engineers to accelerate their technical growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management strategies using React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand) and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex frontend features, driving delivery from initial design requirements to production deployment and validation.\n\nOptimize application performance, accessibility standards, and SEO requirements while maintaining an efficient Vite build pipeline.\n\nLead architectural code reviews, enforcing Clean Code principles and providing insightful feedback to raise the engineering bar across the team.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify, document, and resolve technical debt to ensure high system velocity and reliability.\n\nAnchor structured mentorship initiatives for L1 and L2 engineers through pair programming, technical documentation, and clear career-path guidance.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional experience in frontend development within Agile environments.\n\nDeep proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern build tooling such as Vite.\n\nStrong understanding of browser internals, web performance optimization, CI/CD, and modern Git workflows.\n\nDemonstrated portfolio showing full architectural ownership of complex, web-scale React applications.\n\nOwnership mindset: Ability to turn vague requirements into high-quality technical realities with high autonomy.\n\nMandatory Advanced English (written and
