The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integration development, API implementation, message transformations, and enterprise application integration, along with a strong understanding of integration modernization and API-led architecture.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n- Analyze existing IBM App Connect integrations and participate in migration assessments.\n\n- Design and develop MuleSoft integrations using the Anypoint Platform.\n\n- Migrate integration flows, message mappings, transformations, and connectivity configurations from IBM App Connect to MuleSoft.\n\n- Develop Mule applications, APIs, flows, connectors, DataWeave transformations, and error-handling frameworks.\n\n- Implement API-led connectivity patterns and reusable integration components.\n\n- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.\n\n- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production cutover activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple enterprise applications and middleware platforms.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and application teams throughout the migration lifecycle.\n\nRequired technical skills:\n\n- Strong experience with IBM App Connect (ACP/ACE/CastIron) development and support.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.\n\n- Experience in Mule 4 development.\n\n- Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 transformations.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL.\n\n- Experience with HTTP, JMS, MQ, File, SFTP, Database, and API connectors.\n\n- Strong understanding of API-led architecture and enterprise integration patterns.\n\n- Experience with error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, and deployment automation.\n\n- Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.\n\nPreferred skills:\n\n- Experience in IBM App Connect to MuleSoft migration projects.\n\n- Knowledge of Anypoint Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub.\n\n- Experience with healthcare, supply chain, retail, or enterprise integration environments.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\n\n- MuleSoft Developer Certification (preferred).\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 5-8 years of enterprise integration experience.\n\n- 2+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nNice-to-have experience:\n\n- Integration modernization and legacy middleware migration.\n\n- IBM MQ, EDI, HL7, or enterprise messaging platforms.\n\n- Performance tuning of enterprise integrations.\n\n- Production support and release management experience.\n\nKey
