critical business applications.\n\n- Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall configurations and VPN management, to protect organizational assets from evolving cyber threats.\n\n- Deploy and monitor WLAN infrastructure to provide reliable, high-performance wireless connectivity for office environments.\n\n- Utilize advanced network monitoring tools to perform proactive capacity planning and identify potential performance degradation before it impacts end-users.\n\n- Drive operational efficiency by integrating automation scripts and workflows to streamline repetitive network administration tasks.\n\n- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to design and execute network upgrades, ensuring alignment with long-term infrastructure scalability goals.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex TCP/IP environments, with a deep understanding of routing protocols and switching architectures in large-scale enterprise networks.\n\n- Proven ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor network environments, utilizing analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and rectify intermittent connectivity issues.\n\n- Strong proficiency in network security administration, with the ability to configure and manage firewalls and security appliances to meet stringent compliance standards.\n\n- Hands-on experience with industry-standard network monitoring tools to maintain visibility into network health and traffic patterns.\n\n- Practical knowledge of automation frameworks, including Automation Anywhere, to reduce manual intervention in network configuration and management.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable insights
