By driving the evolution of our ServiceNow platform, you will directly impact operational efficiency, reduce service resolution times, and ensure a seamless experience for thousands of end-users across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and implement robust ITSM modules to automate service management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.\n\n- Engineer sophisticated solutions using the Business Rules Engine to enforce complex data logic and maintain system integrity across the platform.\n\n- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder to improve user adoption and streamline navigation for internal teams.\n\n- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, and deployment, to deliver high-impact features that solve critical business bottlenecks.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance across all platform customizations.\n\n- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform optimization, ensuring that the ServiceNow environment remains agile and capable of supporting evolving business demands.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying ServiceNow ITSM solutions, with a deep understanding of the platform's core architecture and its integration capabilities.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for server-side and client-side scripting, enabling the creation of custom applications and complex business logic.\n\n- Proven ability to leverage the Business Rules Engine and UI Builder to create highly customized, user-centric service experiences.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset, capable of troubleshooting intricate system issues and optimizing performance in a large-scale, enterprise environment.\n\n- Demonstrated success in managing remote workflows, maintaining high levels of productivity, and collaborating effectively within distributed global teams.\n\n- Candidates should possess 9 -
