Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data integrity and accurate service mapping.\n\n- Lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, overseeing everything from initial requirement gathering and technical design to final deployment and post-go-live support.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and platform stability.\n\n- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and legacy applications to create a unified, automated IT environment.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Possess 9 to 16 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a deep understanding of the ITSM suite and platform architecture.\n\n- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, specifically for server-side and client-side scripting within the ServiceNow environment.\n\n- Hold active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications, reflecting a commitment to platform best practices.\n\n- Exhibit strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance for high-concurrency environments.\n\n- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.\n\n- Adapt seamlessly to hybrid or client-site work environments across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Bangalore, maintaining high productivity in distributed team settings.\n\n- Maintain a proactive approach to learning new platform
