As a technical leader, you will be responsible for setting engineering standards, mentoring senior developers, and ensuring the architectural integrity of our platforms across our Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore offices.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end web applications using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks to ensure seamless performance and high availability for our global client base.\n\n- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the engineering organization.\n\n- Mentor and coach high-performing development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement to meet aggressive project milestones.\n\n- Integrate complex RESTful APIs with SQL Server databases to optimize data flow and system responsiveness, ensuring the platform meets evolving business demands.\n\n- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment between engineering output and organizational goals.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of backend architecture and design patterns.\n\n- Proven ability to develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AngularJS to deliver superior user experiences.\n\n- Strong command over SQL Server database design, query optimization, and performance tuning to support high-traffic application environments.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.\n\n- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects within a 10 -
