applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and manage multiple technology programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality are met.\n\n- Drive end-to-end delivery of Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.\n\n- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful program execution.\n\n- Provide technical oversight for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS.\n\n- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-team coordination across multiple projects.\n\n- Define program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics.\n\n- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution across development teams.\n\n- Partner with architects and engineering leads to drive scalable, highly available, and secure solutions.\n\n- Manage integrations and event-driven architectures using Kafka and microservices.\n\n- Drive cloud adoption and optimization across AWS-based environments.\n\n- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture standards, security, and quality processes.\n\n- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.\n\n- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Ensure successful production releases, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in technical program/project management.\n\n- Strong technical understanding of Java and Microservices architecture.\n\n- Hands-on understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Mandatory experience working on large-scale e-commerce projects.\n\n- Experience managing complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering practices.\n\n- Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to understand complex technical architectures and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with high-volume e-commerce platforms, order management, payments, catalogs, inventory, checkout, or fulfilment systems.\n\n- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or other cloud-native technologies.\n\n- Experience with observability, performance engineering,
