We deliver cloud infrastructure that enterprises and governments across Europe depend on, and as our (Senior) Project Manager, you'll be the person who makes these engagements work: owning the structure, the stakeholders, and the outcome from day one.\nWhat you'll drive\nServe as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, building a relationship based on reliability and trust\n\nKeep all workstreams aligned across internal teams and external stakeholders\n\nSurface risks early, resolve blockers fast, and know when to escalate\n\nTranslate between worlds - technical realities on one side, client expectations on the other\n\nStructure the engagement from the ground up - governance, cadence, tooling, and communication flows\n\nSpot and create opportunities for adoption and value within the accounts\n\nArchitect solutions - shaping technical designs that fit both client needs and platform capabilities\n\nWhat makes you a great fit\n4+ years delivering complex IT projects, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment\n\nUnderstanding of cloud business models and marketplaces (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)\n\nA natural at keeping things moving - structured enough to manage complexity, flexible enough to adapt when it shifts\n\nTechnically literate - you can follow highly technical conversations and challenge technical counterparts\n\nA communicator who can hold a room: clear, direct, and credible with both technical and business audiences\n\nFluent in German and English\n\nWilling to travel regularly to client sites and Codesphere offices\n\nWhat you'll tell people you are part off\nYou'll work on infrastructure that powers some of Europe's most critical institutions - from the German Federal Government to leading enterprises.
