On-the-job training is provided.\nskills\nResponsibilities\nPerform pre-sales engineering and provisioning tasks\nWork closely with network operations and network monitoring teams Work directly with client IT teams via email and phone to troubleshoot equipment\nWork with Tier1 suppliers to open and resolve tickets and perform testing\nPro-actively suggest and implement system and process improvements \nAssist clients with remote troubleshooting of their SIP-based PBXs’ Go down to any level, including front line, to troubleshoot specific VoIP issues\nNo roles, no escalations.\nSometimes you support as front-line CSR.
