You will be responsible for understanding user challenges, translating complex workflows into practical solutions, and ensuring engineering teams have the clarity and direction needed to deliver valuable, user-centered products.\nIf you enjoy solving complex problems, understanding user behavior, and turning ideas into intuitive digital experiences, we'd love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Discovery and User Research\nConduct stakeholder and user interviews, usability testing, and product discovery activities.\n\nTranslate research findings into problem statements, user journeys, workflows, and product recommendations.\n\nIdentify user pain points and opportunities to improve product functionality and overall experience.\n\nProduct Planning and Requirements Management\nCreate and maintain product epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and development-ready Jira tickets.\n\nTranslate business and user needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements.\n\nCollaborate with the existing Program and Product Manager to align product priorities, maintain the backlog, and drive execution across assigned product areas.\n\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature acceptance to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.\n\nUX and Solution Design\nDevelop user flows, low- to mid-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using Figma.\n\nWork closely with the UI/UX Designer to refine interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and design-system alignment.\n\nCommunicate proposed solutions and validate concepts before and during development.\n\nProduct Delivery and Stakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with engineering and QA teams throughout development, testing, release, and post-release improvements.\n\nEnsure delivered features meet defined requirements and user expectations.\n\nPresent research findings, product recommendations, trade-offs, and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.\n\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve product usability, functionality, and performance.\n\nQualifications\nAt least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar digital product role.\n\nExperience working with B2B, enterprise, operational, or technically complex software products.\n\nHands-on experience in user research, journey mapping, workflow design, and usability testing.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Jira, particularly in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and refinement.\n\nWorking proficiency in Figma, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.\n\nAbility to translate complex or ambiguous business and user needs into clear requirements for engineering and QA teams.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nExperience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with media, video streaming, analytics, developer tools, or other data-heavy products.\n\nExposure to travel and hospitality, workforce management, logistics, or event management industries.\n\nFamiliarity with design systems, reusable components, and AI-assisted workflows.\n\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or TypeScript.
