you!\nResponsibilities\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and implement resilient, scalable, and observable processes and infrastructure used across client implementations of the software\nSecure networks, applications, and data\nProvide production monitoring and support for client systems\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Elastic-based logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions\nDesign and implement automation tools for testing, monitoring, and reporting\nDesign and implement integrations within CI/CD pipelines\nBuild security controls into Engineering and DevOps pipelines (e.g., build automation and configuration management)\nParticipate in code and design reviews\nUnderstand and advocate for the OWASP Top 10, industry best practices, and secure coding principles\nWork with clients on infrastructure and scaling requirements\nReview and assess client deployments for potential security, scaling, and reliability issues\nRoutinely conduct, review, and resolve findings from penetration and vulnerability assessments\nReview the security posture of new product integrations\nAssist with company compliance objectives\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or related field\n3+ years of related DevOps, infrastructure, and security experience\nDeep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, Private Link), security (Entra ID, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud), Kubernetes (AKS), managed databases, and monitoring/observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)\nHands-on experience with at least one additional cloud platform (AWS or GCP) strongly preferred\nExpert in Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform (and similar technologies)\nExperience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash/Beats/Elastic Agent), including cluster deployment, scaling, tuning, and using Elastic for logging, monitoring, and observability\nExperience with REST-style web services and APIs\nExperience with API security and best practices\nExperience with mobile device and application security\nExperience designing networks and subnets (VNets/VPCs) for security, monitoring, and prevention\nExperience with CI/CD automation tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline\nNICE TO HAVE:\nRelevant certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or Elastic\nUnderstanding of compliance programs such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS\nExperience with
