Craft visually compelling designs for mobile product-related marketing campaigns, including both motion graphics and static visuals.\n\nCollaborate with marketing. Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand data insights and brainstorm innovative creative ad ideas.\n\nTranslate initiatives into visuals. Transform key marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals that capture attention.\n\nFollow trends. Stay on top of social media trends and the mobile app creative ad industry.\n\nAnalyze performance. Analyze performance data from creatives, break down ad performance, and generate improvement ideas.\n\nManage external communication. Communicate with and brief third-party vendors on visual creation needs, ensuring smooth production processes.\n\nCreate 2D assets. Assist in creating eye-catching 2D assets for UA ads and static content.\n\nOptimize assets. Adjust existing assets for different formats and specifications such as resizing, re-layouts, and localizations.\n\nUse design tools. Work with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality outputs.\n\nSupport motion design.
