Hit like a giant.\nPOSITION\nWe are looking for a Mid/Senior HR Operations Specialist who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and building efficient, scalable people processes.\nAs a member of our HR team, you will take ownership of employee lifecycle operations, HR systems, reporting, payroll coordination, and employee experience initiatives. You will help us maintain operational excellence while supporting our growing organization with data-driven, people-focused solutions.\nIf you are detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all documentation, communications, and operational steps are completed accurately and on time.\nMaintain employee records in HR systems with full accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, while continuously improving processes and system usage.\nManage all employment documentation; including contracts, personnel files, policy acknowledgements, and official document requests - across both digital and physical archives.\nCoordinate statutory obligations and labor law compliance processes, including employment entry and termination notifications, in collaboration with external payroll and legal partners.\nSupport monthly payroll cycles by preparing and validating payroll inputs, employee changes, and leave records.\nServe as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, leave, and documentation, and contribute to the development and communication of policies and guidelines.\nManage benefits operations, including private health insurance, and coordinate external vendors across payroll, benefits, and Occupational Health and Safety.\nCoordinate employee surveys, HR communications, and internal HR projects.\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business and leadership decisions.\nHands-on experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to improve HR processes and productivity.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\n3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Personnel Affairs, or a similar role.\nSolid knowledge of labor law, statutory notification processes, employee documentation, and HR operations.\nHands-on experience with HRIS platforms.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nA detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and ownership.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAn analytical mindset with an interest in HR reporting and data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.\nAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER\n· Great Place to Work.
