You'll continue to embrace these principles and thrive in an environment shaped by them.\nSkills and experience needed\nWe're looking for someone who:\nHas an interest in finance and learning new skills\nEnjoys working with numbers and data\nIs organised and able to manage priorities\nCan work accurately and pay attention to detail\nTakes a methodical approach when handling information from different sources\nHas good IT skills, including Excel\nHas a good standard of numeracy\nFeels confident checking or questioning information when something doesn't look right\nLocation & getting around - important to know\nThis is a hybrid role based from our Newport, Cardiff or Swansea offices, depending on which location is closest to your home.\nYou'll need to live within a commutable distance of one of these offices, as regular office attendance is required. Occasional travel to other Codi locations may also be needed. Business mileage can be claimed for work-related travel, but not for travel between your home and your office base.\nWhat you'll need\nBe aged 16 or over\nBe eligible to undertake an apprenticeship programme\nYour apprenticeship\nOne day per week will be dedicated to study and college attendance.\nStudy will be based at a college in either Cardiff or Swansea.
