Beyond contributing technically, you will have the opportunity to represent our technical strategy to customers, recruit new team members, and influence the norms and culture of our company as one of our first employees.\nAs a Front-End Software Engineer at Codified, you will:\nHelp design Codified's overall front-end architecture.\nFully own features ranging from simple widgets to complex chatbot interactions.\nWork with back-end engineers to design well-crafted APIs and integrations with third-party services.\nCollaborate with UX designers to conceive and improve Codfieid's user experiences.\nWork with founders and leadership to build and maintain our technical roadmap.\nContribute to infrastructure and DevOps systems that allow us to focus on our customers' needs.\nMake trade-offs between technology, business needs, development speed, short-term needs, and long-term technical strategy.\nHelp us form and nurture our company's culture.\nWork hard, have fun, and grow along with Codified.\nThis experience would be ideal:\n3+ designing, implementing, and shipping large-scale, production-ready applications.\nExpertise in Javascript, TypeScript, React, NextJS, and other frameworks and web technologies.\nExperience with authorization systems such as AWS IAM and Azure AD.\nExperience with identity systems such as Okta and OneLogin.\nExperience owning large components or entire products from inception through shipping.\nA history of effective teamwork that focused on empowering others to improve.\nA track record for good design, architectural, engineering, and product decisions.\nExcellent communication skills.\nWe're seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to join our team.
