Each scheme also includes welcoming communal areas, kitchens, dining spaces and shared facilities for residents to enjoy.\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will carry out a range of repairs, maintenance tasks, and painting and decorating work in both void properties and communal areas across our Extra Care schemes in Bridgend, Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Gwent.\nWe have two opportunities available:\nFull-time: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday\nPart-time: 16 hours per week, working Thursdays and Fridays\nWe can offer flexibility around start and finish times to balance service needs and individual circumstances.\nPlease indicate on your application form whether you are applying for the full-time or part-time position.\nSkills and Experience Needed\nAn ability to carry out a wide range of small repairs and redecorating jobs to a high standard.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective service delivery.\nBasic IT skills for completion of standard reports (Microsoft).\nWorking within a team environment, it is expected that the post-holder have an understanding and experience of team working and working with staff from diverse disciplines.\nA current driving licence.\nValues\nAt Codi, our values are Compassionate, Authentic, and Progressive.
