The team will design and build new production-grade software that converts configurations of various CDN vendors at scale.\nOther things to know:\nThe project team brings together Network and Software Engineers\n\nWe collaborate closely with the customer's Professional Services and Engineering teams\n\nThe customer is an international organization with teams in the US, Europe and Australia\n\nWe work on multiple interesting projects at a time, so we may invite you to an interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.\nYour role\nAs part of the project team, you will be responsible for:\nDesigning and implementing the business logic for converting configurations between different CDN solutions\n\nShaping the software architecture of the conversion and migration framework\n\nContributing to production of software development in Python - developing, testing and maintaining it to high quality and reliability standards\n\nBuilding and maintaining the product roadmap, and delivering against it based on real-life customer configurations\n\nWorking as part of the Development team and cooperating closely with other CDN Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to continuously improve the automation framework\n\nDo we have a match?\nAs a Senior CDN Automation Engineer, you should ideally meet the following criteria:\nHands-on experience with CDN solutions of various vendors (e.g. Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, Amazon CloudFront, Google Cloud CDN, Azure Front Door)\n\nHands-on experience with CDN providers' APIs and CLIs\n\nExperience with CDN configuration, preferably migrations between different vendors\n\nStrong expertise in HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, caching and content delivery concepts\n\nGood knowledge of CDN solutions\n\nSolid Python skills, including working with REST APIs, JSON/YAML data and writing maintainable, tested code\n\nExperience working with customers or business stakeholders on technical projects\n\nExperience with production-grade deployments\n\nKnowledge of Linux\n\n5+ years of experience in CDN, web infrastructure, networking or related roles\n\nFluency in English (minimum B2 level)\n\nWillingness to learn -
