Our values are simple:\nAct to deliver.\nDisrupt to grow.\nTeam up to win.\nThe project and the team\nYou will work on a workplace management platform trusted by enterprise customers to manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and shared workplace resources.\nYou will be a hands-on Lead Engineer, responsible for setting the technical direction and helping build the next generation of the platform. You’ll join a small team and take ownership of the stack from day one, spending most of your time writing production code while also owning architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure\nOwn technical direction and architecture while remaining a hands-on contributor\nBuild workplace experiences spanning desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floorplans\nDesign and maintain integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe\nOperate and improve GCP infrastructure: deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability\nModernize an established enterprise platform while maintaining the reliability the customers depend on\nWork directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver quickly\nDefine engineering standards, mentor engineers, and build the team as we hire\nYou’ll have broad ownership across the platform and the autonomy to improve systems where you see opportunities\nDo we have a match?\nAs a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:\n7+ years building production SaaS applications\nStrong experience with React and TypeScript\nStrong experience with Node.js\nWorking comfort in Python and Django\nExperience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS in production, on MySQL or a comparable relational database\nStrong grounding in secure API design\nExperience operating production cloud infrastructure (we use Google Cloud Platform, though comparable AWS or Azure experience transfers well)\nA track record of owning production incidents from alert through resolution\nHands-on approach with comfort moving between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer conversations\nExperience incorporating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications\nGood knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)\nBeyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the following nice-to-haves:\nGoogle Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other enterprise collaboration platforms\nEnterprise scheduling, workplace management, or facilities software\nStartup or
