You need to have a strong technical background and deep understanding of the domain, and to have some network automation or software development experience. You will be responsible for the successful delivery and the sustaining of the current pace of growth of the project.\nYour responsibilities\nOwning end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, from scoping to rollout and handover\n\nActing as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior management\n\nTaking part in technical and architectural discussions and shaping project roadmaps\n\nManaging project financials and profitability (T&M and fixed-price)\n\nGrowing engagements through upsell, cross-sell and presales support\n\nCultivating strong team dynamics and fostering a positive workplace culture\n\nServing as a people leader to manage the complete employee lifecycle, including the connected activities like recruitment, onboarding, development meetings\n\nVisiting clients on-site a few times a year (Europe and the US)\n\nDo we have a match?\n5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar role\n\nProven experience delivering implementation or integration projects at client sites\n\nStrong customer-facing and communication skills, including handling escalations and negotiating scope\n\nBusiness acumen: experience managing budgets and margins and growing client accounts\n\nExperience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex technical projects\n\nHands-on engineering background (Software, Network, DevOps or Infrastructure)\n\nSolid knowledge of at least two of: networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, CI/CD\n\nEnglish at C1 level or higher, and flexibility to work across EMEA and US time zones\n\nBeyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:\nExperience in Professional Services or at a specialized technology
