support strategic decision-making.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nAnalyze and connect marketing, website, social, CRM, campaign, SEO, paid media, and external market data.\n\nIdentify key growth drivers, bottlenecks, underperforming areas, and new growth opportunities.\n\nForecast website traffic, leads, conversions, campaign performance, channel growth, and audience trends.\n\nRecommend specific, data-backed changes to marketing strategy, campaigns, channels, content, and resource allocation.\n\nDefine KPIs, baselines, growth targets, and measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives.\n\nDesign, launch, and evaluate growth experiments to validate recommendations.\n\nAnalyze the full customer journey from awareness through lead generation, opportunity creation, and conversion.\n\nImprove marketing attribution and measure the business impact of marketing activities.\n\nIdentify inefficient marketing spend, effort, and resources and recommend optimization opportunities.\n\nBuild predictive models for forecasting, lead scoring, opportunity identification, and anomaly/risk detection.\n\nMonitor competitor activity, market demand, industry trends, search trends, and social trends.\n\nDevelop competitor and market intelligence tracking.\n\nMeasure campaign ROI, channel efficiency, SEO visibility, audience growth, and marketing-attributed pipeline.\n\nPresent actionable insights using the framework: Finding → Reason → Recommendation → Target → Action → Measured Result.\n\nDevelop quarterly growth plans including forecasts, targets, experiments, investment recommendations, and expected business impact.\n\nRequirements:\n\n2-3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.\n\nStrong SQL skills.\n\nProficiency in Python and/or R.\n\nHands-on experience with GA4 and digital analytics.\n\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI/visualization tools.\n\nStrong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion analysis, and experimentation.\n\nExperience with forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.\n\nAbility to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and APIs.\n\nStrong understanding of marketing performance and commercial/business outcomes.\n\nAbility to define measurable KPIs, targets, and experimentation frameworks.\n\nAbility to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and actions for management.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented, decision-focused mindset.\n\nExperience in B2B technology/SaaS, AI/Cloud, SEO, social media analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence would be an added advantage\n\nKnowledge of BigQuery, predictive modeling, lead scoring, marketing automation, paid media, CRM/attribution, and identifying emerging growth opportunities would be an added
