You will learn the ins and outs of tech recruitment and candidate experience in a fast-paced IT environment.\nResponsibilities:\nActively hunt for top IT talent using LinkedIn & suitable External Advertising platforms.\nReview CVs and conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate required tech & non-tech skills & cultural alignment.\nCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.\nMaintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data and interview feedback are accurately logged. \nAssist in organizing university career fairs, tech meetups, and contents for our recruitment social media channels.\nHelp prepare offer letters and coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a smooth day-one experience for new hires. \nRequirements :\n0-1 years of corporate internship experience in IT industry. \nExcellent spoken and written English. \nTech-Savviness: Highly comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn & quick to learn new software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)\nA basic understanding of software development roles.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
