This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid channels at scale, combined with a growth hacker mindset and strong analytical rigor. You'll own the full paid marketing funnel and directly contribute to our most critical charter: scaling aggressively across India, the US, and international markets.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and own all paid channels to generate a continuous flow of leads\nExecute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, remarketing, video marketing, and other performance channels\nManage monthly marketing budgets of at least INR 50 lakhs with disciplined ROI tracking\nStrategize and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for India, the US, and select international markets •Own monthly acquisition targets for MQLs and SQLs, driving consistent pipeline growth\nOptimize landing pages for both mobile and desktop users to maximize conversion rates\nCollaborate closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met\nPlan, monitor, maintain, and report on monthly marketing budgets, performance data, and campaign insights\nEnsure all marketing communications adhere to business and brand guidelines\nMonitor competition and share industry best practices with the team\nWhat We're Looking For\nHands-on paid marketing expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a must\nExperience: At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success running large-scale paid campaigns\nGrowth hacker mindset: Strong analytical bent with the ability to find insights, test hypotheses, and optimize relentlessly\nData fluency: Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics platforms to drive decision-making\nUnmatched enthusiasm: Ability to keep up with the pace of the business and the team\nBonus if you have\nExperience working in or with global edtech or consumer brands\nKnowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce\nWhat's in it for you?\nWork closely with top leadership in a high-impact role\nShape marketing strategy for priority geographies\nHigh ownership + fast growth environment\nCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentives\nPlease note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
