You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and clear communication to bridge the gap between technical data structures and executive reporting needs.\nYou will integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O), SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Teams Planner and Excel using common identifiers (e.g., Project Number, PO Number). You will also build drill-down capabilities (from the overall portfolio view to detailed project pages), trend and trajectory analyses, and key performance metrics (SPI/CPI, resource utilization, cash flow tracking) across multiple data sources.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Dashboard Development & Visualization\nDesign, build and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards for Project Portfolio Management and Financial Analysis.\nCreate executive-level summary screens with seamless drill-down into Detailed Project Pages.\nBuild dynamic visualizations for cost and schedule performance, including SPI (Schedule Performance Index) and CPI (Cost Performance Index) historical trends (3 to 4 month history) and trajectory forecasting (1 month ahead).\nModel and showcase risk registers, leadership actions, cash flows (in/out), milestone splits and vendor purchase order registers.\n2. Data Integration & Modeling\nEstablish relationship models connecting multiple disparate data sources:\n Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O): Projects, Financials, POs, Base Resource Data\nSharePoint Lists: Risk Registers, Split Milestone Trackers\nMicrosoft Teams Planner: Project & Leadership Actions\nExcel / Custom Repositories: SPI/CPI manual inputs, project details, resource tracking\nEstablish relationship keys across systems using Project Number and PO Number.\nWrite complex, optimized DAX calculations for delivery confidence, risk profile scores, milestone progress and financial forecasts.\n3.
