The role includes managing end-to-end technical recruitment, client resource deployment, campus hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR initiatives, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition\nManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience.\nBuild talent pipelines using job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.\nClient Deployment\nPrepare and enhance employee resumes for client submissions.\nCoordinate client interviews, deployment activities, and work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely resource allocation.\nHR Operations\nManage employee insurance administration, including enrollment, deletions, vendor coordination, and documentation.\nConduct onboarding sessions, exit interviews, and support employee lifecycle processes.\nCampus Recruitment & Bootcamp\nCoordinate campus drives, internship hiring, placement activities, and college partnerships.\nTrack Bootcamp attendance, schedule review meetings, and consolidate trainee performance feedback.\nEmployee Engagement & CSR\nPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, annual events, virtual celebrations, wellness activities, and CSR programs.\nCoordinate vendors, venues, gifts, logistics, and event execution.\nEmployer Branding & Stakeholder Management\nSupport employer branding through campus engagement, hackathons, recruitment campaigns, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\nCollaborate with hiring managers, Sales, Marketing, educational institutions, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives.\nMaintain recruitment reports, HR documentation, and process trackers.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nEnd-to-end IT Recruitment\nCandidate Sourcing & Screening\nInterview Coordination\nCampus Recruitment\nOnboarding & Exit Management\nEmployee Insurance Administration\nATS/HRMS (Keka preferred)\nMS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace\nDocumentation & Reporting\nBehavioral Skills\nExcellent Communication\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nTime Management & Multitasking\nAttention to Detail\nProblem Solving\nOwnership & Accountability\nTeam Collaboration\nQualification\nBachelor's degree in any discipline.
