day-to-day IT operations across networking, systems administration, end-user support, and infrastructure availability.\nTroubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues across office and operational environments.\nMaintain internet failover readiness and coordinate continuity measures to minimize downtime.\nAdminister firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network access controls in alignment with operational and security requirements.\nManage switches, VLANs, wireless networks, and access points to ensure stable internal connectivity and proper segmentation.\nMaintain and support on-premises servers and core infrastructure services.\nMonitor infrastructure health, network performance, uptime, latency, bandwidth utilization, and system alerts through centralized monitoring tools.\nProvide Windows-based user support, including installation, troubleshooting, device setup, and issue resolution.\nManage organizational IT assets, including allocation, tracking, lifecycle visibility, and basic compliance controls.\nAdminister SaaS platforms and internal productivity tools, including account provisioning, access coordination, and general operational support.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to improve infrastructure reliability, operational visibility, and issue response time.\nTake ownership of recurring issues, identify root causes, and
