verification, approvals, and posting in the accounting system. \nPerform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. \nMonitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and review aging reports regularly. \nAssist in managing petty cash reimbursements and employee expense claims. \nPrepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records. \nSupport monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to payables and receivables. \nContribute to the improvement of AP/AR processes and internal controls. \nLeverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting and finance processes. \n Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \n3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment. \nStrong understanding of day-to-day accounting processes, including AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record-keeping. \nStrong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. \nGood working knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online. \nStrong proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to work with financial data and reports. \nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. \nAbility and willingness to adapt to and effectively use AI tools to improve accounting and finance processes. \nAbility to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and maintain accuracy in financial
