The ideal candidate is passionate about engineering excellence, capable of solving complex problems, and experienced in mentoring development teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.\nWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.\nDefine and implement technical architecture, component designs, and system integrations.\nLead end-to-end development activities including coding, code reviews, testing, and deployments.\nWork closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.\nApply Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and ensure timely delivery of releases.\nResolve technical blockers and provide hands-on guidance to development teams.\nMentor and coach developers, promoting engineering best practices and high-quality standards.\nParticipate in sprint planning, system design discussions, and effort estimations.\nDrive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and engineering processes.\nWork extensively with PG (PostgreSQL), Redis, and RabbitMQ (RMQ).\nContribute equally to both Microservices and Micro-frontends architecture.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.\nStrong proficiency in MEAN stack:\nFrontend: Angular/AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.\nBackend: Node.js, Express.js.\nDatabases: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL.\nExperience with Azure Cloud or other cloud platforms (preferred Azure).\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.\nFamiliarity with MVC/MVVM design patterns and microservices architecture.\nExperience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization (OAuth/JWT), CI/CD pipelines.\nVersion control & DevOps exposure (Git, Docker, Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).\nStrong problem-solving and system design skills.\nExcellent communication and team leadership abilities.\nGood to Have\nKnowledge of Python is a plus.\nExperience with performance tuning and scalable architecture.\nExposure to test frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Mocha).\nExperience working in Agile product teams.\nEducation\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
