By meeting users where they are, companies can now reduce friction between IT and business teams to drive higher efficiency and growth.\nJob Description\nWe are hiring our founding Sales Development Representatives. This role is responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying net new opportunities. You’ll be an integral part of our go-to-market team as we scale up our outbound motion. We promote from within and this role is seen as a ‘bench’ for our future AE hires. This is a hybrid role that will spend a few days a week in our Austin office.\nResponsibilities\nDrive top of funnel for our Commercial Account Executive team by identifying and creating net new pipeline\nQualify prospects to help accelerate deal cycles \nBecome an Coefficient expert and deeply understand our core personas, their pain points, and our value propositions \nCreate and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels by creating thoughtful messaging that articulates the value our product provides\nGrow our GTM team by constantly innovating and trying out new tactics\nQualifications\n>6 months prior experience in a business development role in B2B SAAS\nComfort with ambiguity. You’re an independent thinker who asks for help when needed, but is comfortable charting a path forward in an uncertain environment\nDesire to grow, learn, and develop your career in B2B sales.
