You’ll work directly with the founders to define product direction, build core systems, and ship end-to-end experiences.\nYou might be a fit if you:\nTake full ownership of problems-from idea to production\nAre relentlessly curious and think from first principles\nMove quickly, make decisions, and iterate without perfect specs\nCare deeply about product quality, UX, and craft\nThrive in ambiguity and low-structure environments\nTechnical expectations:\n6+ years of experience building production web applications\nExperience with modern web stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar)\nExperience with backend systems and APIs (e.g. Node, Python, Flask, or similar)\nComfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems\nAbility to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed\nSolid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability\nExperience building and shipping production systems\nThis is a hybrid in-office role in San Mateo, CA. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance. For candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range will be $150,000-250,000. For candidates outside of the Bay Area, the salary range will be determined by location and adjusted for cost of labor.
