Join our Happeners!\n MISSION :\nAssist in all Finance and Accounting related activities of Taiwan\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEfficiently manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.\nPerform various reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, and tax reconciliations between portal data and accounting books.\nSupport post life of IFRS 17 implementation and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate financial data alignment with actuarial inputs and compliance with regulatory standards.\nAssist in local tax compliance (VAT, withholding tax) and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.\nAct as a local resource to manage and support the E-procurement process, including vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, invoice matching, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.\nPrepare and maintain documentation for regulatory filings and remittances, ensuring adherence to Taiwan’s financial and tax regulations.\nProvide support during month-end and year-end closing activities, including ledger reviews, accrual postings, and preparation of financial statements.\nCollaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting practices and timely submission of required reports.\nMaintain accurate records and assist in internal and external audits.\n EDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nWORK EXPERIENCE:\n3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\nLanguage Proficiency: Native-level Mandarin and conversant in English\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAPconcur, SAGE) and MS Excel.\nFamiliarity with E-procurement systems
