Join our Happeners!\n About the Role\nCoface is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow its operations in Ecuador. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, defining country strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading high-performing teams, and representing the company before key clients, partners, and authorities.\nThe successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating business growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership\nDefine and execute the country strategy aligned with LATAM and Group objectives.\nDrive sustainable business growth and profitability.\nMonitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive developments.\nIdentify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.\nProvide country performance updates and recommendations to regional leadership.\nBusiness & Financial Management\nManage the overall country P&L and business performance.\nDeliver commercial, financial, and operational targets.\nMonitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.\nEnsure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.\nOversee statutory and corporate reporting requirements.\nCommercial Development\nStrengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners.\nDevelop and execute commercial growth initiatives.\nPromote Coface's products and services across the market.\nDrive customer satisfaction and retention.\nIdentify partnership opportunities that support business expansion.\nLeadership & People Management\nLead, coach, and develop local management and functional across commercial, finance, operations, risk, and support functions.\nEnsure effective communication between local, regional, and global stakeholders.\nRequirements\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions.\nProven experience within the insurance industry.\nExperience managing full business operations and P&L responsibility.\nStrong commercial and strategic management background.\nExperience acting as a legal representative of a company.\nProven record of delivering business growth and financial results.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.\nMBA required.\nLanguages\nAdvanced English.\nSpanish fluent.\n The
