Join our Happeners!\n We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst with 7 to 12 years of experience, ideally with a strong Java background and exposure to international projects.\nThe candidate will join the Business Technology (BT) division within the Risk & Information domain, working on EASY, Coface's global corporate reference database containing over 245 million companies worldwide. The ecosystem also includes a bulk company loading platform and a matching solution powered by Elasticsearch.\nA major focus of the role will be to support the ongoing modernization of the EASY application landscape, contributing to the evolution of existing systems towards a more scalable, maintainable, and service-oriented architecture.\nThe candidate will work in an Agile environment with:\nBusiness and Solution Analysts based in France;\nDevelopment teams located in Bucharest;\nBusiness stakeholders and external partners worldwide.\nThe role requires close collaboration with Enterprise Architects to ensure that proposed solutions align with architectural standards, integration requirements, and long-term business objectives.\n Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.\nProduce technical/solution specifications and support development teams throughout Agile delivery cycles.\nPerform impact assessments and contribute to solution design decisions.\nEnsure compliance with architecture, security, quality, performance, and business standards.\nContribute actively to the continuous improvement and modernization of the EASY platform.\nSupport incident analysis and resolution when required.\nDeliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and standards.\nThe assignment requires strong autonomy, rigor, and the ability to quickly understand complex business and technical environments.\nRequired Professional Skills\n7 to 12 years of experience in software development and/or solution analysis.\nExperience in insurance, business information, financial services, or data-intensive environments is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nAutonomous, organized, and results-oriented.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.\nRequired Technical Skills\nSolution Design & Architecture\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.\nGood understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
