Join our Happeners!\n DELIVERY OWNERSHIP\nOwn squad delivery, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, releases, operations, and ongoing product maintenance. \nAlign the product roadmap, technical runway, and available capacity. \nSet realistic commitments, anticipate risks and dependencies, remove blockers and drive recovery actions. \nEnsure every release is secure, tested, supportable and operationally ready; escalate early with options. \nCommunicate with key stockholders about deliveries, issues and risks. A strong analytical capability to dig into business processes and data. \nAbility to manage delivery risk, quality gates and production readiness in a regulated environment. \nFluent English and confidence communicating with engineering, business and executive stakeholders. \nYou will participate in the Engineering platform committee.
