Join our Happeners!\n Responsibilities\n- Define the appropriate technical solutions together with the customers\n- Responsible for the technical solutions scope of work (SOW) and its implementation.\n- Deep knowledge of APIs and SSO Technologies\n- Demo technical delivery.\n- Work with Global business technology team and clients to identify new innovative applications of Coface data, technology, and attached services.\n- Deliver technical expertise to expand penetration and influence in client environments, and to create new revenue streams.\n- Document, via diagrams and writing, and present solutions to the customer describes the benefits of the solution.\n- Build relationships with customers serving as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales.\n- Participate in strategic and tactical account planning discussions with other members of the sales team.\n- Participate in industry events to learn about new technologies and interact with potential clients and partners.\n- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge with customers.\n- Work with technical architects to design and deliver solutions that are compliant with Coface, technology, and security standards.\n Key Requirements\nExperience with APIs, platform integrations, and SSO technologies.\nExcellent critical thinking skills and attention to details.\nAptitude to acquire deeper product knowledge.\nAbility to prioritize tasks.\nAbility to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nProject management skill is a plus to coordinate activities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth implementation of the integrated solution.\nProficient in English and local language, both written and verbal\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.\nExperience\nAt least 2-3 years of relevant experience or Solution Architecture which involves end to end API
