As the Procurement Associate, you will use the Cofactr platform to place orders through API ordering and manually via supplier websites. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking order progress and updating the Cofactr platform accordingly to provide full visibility for our customers and their order status. Due to the varying nature of the electronics industry, you will keep track of changing lead times, delayed parts, and possible supplier decommits.\nWhat You'll Do\nProcess purchase lines using the distributor API ordering and manually placing orders through websites.\nLearn and use the Cofactr platform to confirm, track, and adjust orders as needed.\nEnsure that all of the data shown to our customers is accurate regarding lead times and arrival estimates to the best of our ability.\nProblem-solving procurement issues related to delayed parts, decommits, and other availability issues.
