evaluation frameworks to assess response quality, signal relevance, and workflow accuracy, ensuring optimal tool usage.\nImplement comprehensive observability for agent traces, including state transitions, latency, and error tracking to uphold production quality.\nDevelop secure APIs and reusable AI services utilizing Python and FastAPI for seamless integration.\nIntegrate agents with event streams, enterprise data sources, APIs, and vector stores to enhance application interoperability.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience building production-grade agentic or LLM applications using LangGraph/LangChain.\n2+ years in memory and context engineering, focusing on state management and contextual retrieval.\n2+ years of experience in agent evaluation, including offline evaluations and regression testing.\n3+ years designing schemas and queries in MongoDB or similar document databases.\n4+ years of experience building secure REST APIs and microservices integrations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUnderstanding of knowledge graphs, RDF, and ontologies.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of backend/API development experience with Python and FastAPI.\n2+ years working with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or OpenTelemetry.\n3+ years of cloud-native development experience, particularly with AWS.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.\nFamiliarity with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, and ECS/EKS for scalable cloud applications.\nKnowledge of event-streaming technologies like Kafka.\nExperience with vector databases including OpenSearch or Pinecone.\nExperience with agent-to-agent integration and human-in-the-loop workflows in regulated
