6 years.\n\nLocation :\n\nBangalore (Should be willing to travel to Indonesia, 6 months - 1 year).\n\nJob Role Overview :\n\nWe are looking for a skilled Agentic Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and developing advanced agentic systems and intelligent solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern AI frameworks and experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Write prompt optimization.\n\n- Write evals.\n\n- Custom guardrails for domain context that are non-trivial.\n\n- Used mlflow/langsmith or similar tools for debugging.\n\n- Design and develop agentic systems and AI-driven solutions.\n\n- Architect scalable workflows for multi-agent systems.\n\n- Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.\n\n- Work with vector embeddings and vector databases.\n\n- Build and manage agent orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and inference.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.\n\n- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualification :\n\n- 3 -
