Gen AI solutions, helping clients achieve faster go-to-market and cost efficiency.\n\nWe are looking for a Data & Solution Architect who can design, lead, and deliver scalable, future-proof data and AI solutions for our global clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSolution Architecture :\n\n- Engage with clients to understand business goals, technical constraints, and AI/data maturity.\n\n- Translate requirements into scalable solution blueprints across data, analytics, AI, and cloud.\n\n- Define end-to-end architecture covering ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, ML/AI, and visualization.\n\n- Ensure designs meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.\n\nData Architecture & Engineering :\n\n- Architect modern data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses) using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.\n\n- Design robust ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming architectures, and real-time analytics solutions.\n\n- Define data models, metadata management, and master data strategies.\n\n- Implement data governance frameworks (e.g., CDMC, DAMA DMBOK).\n\nAI & MLOps Enablement :\n\n- Integrate ML/Gen AI solutions into the data platform architecture.\n\n- Work with Data Scientists to operationalize AI models using MLOps best practices.\n\n- Evaluate LLM integration, vector databases, and AI agents within enterprise architectures.\n\nLeadership & Delivery :\n\n- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.\n\n- Review designs, code, and deployment plans for quality and scalability.\n\n- Work closely with client stakeholders, delivery managers, and CTO to ensure success.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or solution architecture roles.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).\n\n- Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL/NoSQL databases, streaming tech (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis).\n\n- Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent modern data stack tools.\n\n- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.\n\n- Familiarity with AI/ML architectures, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, RAG pipelines).\n\n- Strong communication and client-facing skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience in BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare domains.\n\n- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Data Engineer, etc.).\n\n- Exposure to business consulting and pre-sales solutioning.\n\nWhy
