decision-making.\n\nRequirements: \n5 to 8 years of strong experience in Node.js development.\nHands-on expertise in TypeScript.\nStrong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexing, and optimisation.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExperience with REST APIs and backend architecture design.\nUnderstanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.\nFamiliarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices.\nExperience with authentication mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, etc.\nKnowledge of caching systems like Redis is an added advantage.\nExposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.\nStrong communication and team collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and handle ownership of modules/projects.\n\nBonus Skills: \nExperience with
