You will lead customer demos, manage distributor relationships, negotiate hotel contracts and translate field feedback into practical product improvements. Your daily work keeps the sales engine running and grows our market share with clear, measurable targets.. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the Northern Region.\n\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and distribution channels.\n\nConduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our coffee machines and beans.\n\nDrive sales of coffee machines and coffee beans to a diverse clientele, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, and corporate clients.\n\nNegotiate and manage contracts with hotels to secure long-term business relationships.\n\nExplain the technical and functional aspects of a product or service to users.\n\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.\n\nCommunicating customer requirements to product management teams.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nMalaysian citizen only\n\nAt least 3–5 years of sales experience.
