We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nExpected Base Salary: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 based on knowledge and experience.\nPaid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.\nCompetitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.\nHybrid work schedule (subject to change).\n401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering\nCertified Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required\nProfessional Engineer (PE) registration preferredRegistration in Arizona preferred\n\nMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in the design of commercial, office, mixed-use, residential, municipal, alternative energy, health care, higher education, and Federal projects, including design of:Grading and drainage\nUnderground utilities\nSite layouts\nADA design\nStormwater management\nBattery energy storage systems (BESS)\nInterfacing with a multi-discipline design team\n\nTechnical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans, and earthwork calculations\nExperience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team\nProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D\nSpecification preparation experience\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent time management skills\nAbility to foster long term client relationships\nArizona experience and relationships a plus\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\nExpected Base Salary: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 based on knowledge and experience.\nNo paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position.\n Why You Want To Work Here\nCoffman Engineers is a company that truly focuses on its employees.
