The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nExpected Base Salary: $80,000.00 to $88,000.00, depending on education, experience, and licensure.\nPaid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.\nCompetitive end-of-year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.\nHybrid work schedule (subject to change).\n401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform structural analysis and design of structural members such as beams, columns, walls, joists, and foundations.\nDevelop structural models that mathematically define and idealize the actual structure being designed.\nUse approved codes and standards to define structural demands on buildings due to wind and seismic loadings.\nAnalyze and design connections of the various structural elements in a building structure.\nPerform analysis needed to evaluate seismic risk in existing buildings using approved structural codes and standards.\nAssist in managing BIM and production efforts.\nPerform other duties as may be assigned.\n KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nAble to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).\nPossess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).\nAble to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.\nExcellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.\nAble to work independently as well as on teams.\nPositive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE\nMaster’s Degree in Structural Engineering required\nRegistration as an E.I.T required\nInternship in the structural design of buildings or similar structures preferred\nExperience with computer analysis software systems \nExpected Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00, depending on education, experience, and licensure.\nSponsorship is not available for this position.\nAs part of your application, please submit a cover letter, resume and transcript in pdf format.
