Description:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced professional to drive large deal and strategic deal solutioning initiatives.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end solution development, commercial inputs, transformation planning, and cross-functional pursuit management for large enterprise deals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Drive end-to-end solution development for large strategic deals, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution design, pricing inputs, transformation roadmaps, and deal strategy.\n\n- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Industry Verticals, Practices, Commercials, Legal, Transition, and Transformation teams to develop integrated solutions.\n\n- Contribute to large deal pursuits, developing compelling value propositions aligned with client business objectives.\n\n- Develop solution approaches, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and commercial constructs for strategic opportunities.\n\n- Collaborate with technical and business teams across Application Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Infrastructure, BPO, and Managed Services.\n\n- Support deal estimation, pricing, solution feasibility, risk assessment, and commercial planning.\n\n- Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across business units and geographies to ensure timely and effective solution development.\n\n- Participate in pursuit governance meetings, leadership reviews, and deal strategy discussions.\n\n- Present solution approaches and recommendations to senior stakeholders and client leadership.\n\n- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation capabilities into proposed solutions.\n\n- Ensure proposed solutions align with client business outcomes, delivery capabilities, commercial objectives, and transformation goals.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n\n- 10 - 14 years of experience in IT services, consulting, large deal solutioning, or strategic pursuits.\n\n- Experience working within a Large Deal / Strategic Deal Solutioning organization rather than being primarily aligned to a Practice, HBU, Service Line, or Horizontal.\n\n- Proven experience in end-to-end large deal solutioning, beyond bid management, proposal management, or program coordination.\n\n- Demonstrated contribution to solutioning and winning large deals, ideally valued at $50M+ within Tier-1 global system integrators or $20M+ within mid-tier system integrators.\n\n- Experience contributing to or managing multiple large deal pursuits annually, with exposure to 15+ pursuits preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of solution design, pricing inputs, commercial models, and transformation planning.\n\n- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business units and geographies.\n\n- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud, data, and digital transformation solutions.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.\n\n- Strong consulting mindset and ability to connect technology solutions with business outcomes.\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\n- Experience in
