Mapping\nEvent Management\n\nDefine and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.\nDesign integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nLead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.\nMentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.\nStrong hands-on expertise in: ServiceNow Discovery\nService Mapping\nEvent Management\n\nDeep understanding of: CMDB architecture & data modeling\nIdentification & reconciliation rules\n\nExperience with MID Server setup and management.\nExposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.\nExperience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.\nHands-on scripting experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator)\nCIS-ITOM\n ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM
