driving operational efficiency across multiple engagements, and overseeing a portfolio of customer programs aligned with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of large integration programs, ensuring commitments are met with respect to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.\nEstablish and drive program governance frameworks, including status reviews, risk management, executive reporting, and customer steering committee meetings.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters.\nManage program financials, including revenue, margins, forecasting, resource planning, and overall profitability.\nEnsure effective planning and allocation of resources across projects to optimize utilization and delivery outcomes.\nDrive delivery excellence through the implementation of best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational rigor.\nLead large, geographically distributed teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.\nPartner with solution, architecture, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.\nProactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.\nSupport account growth initiatives by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities.\nPartner with account management and sales teams to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and overall customer success.\nManage a portfolio of programs and engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.\nEnsure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and customer contractual commitments.\nDrive customer satisfaction through predictable delivery and effective stakeholder communication.\nLead executive governance reviews and provide strategic direction to delivery teams to ensure successful business outcomes.\nMandatory Skills & Experience\n14+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in program and delivery management.\nProven experience managing large-scale customer engagements with teams of 100+ professionals.\nStrong track record of successfully delivering programs under Fixed Price, T&M, and Hybrid commercial models.\nExperience managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margins, profitability, and cost controls.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting directly with customer leadership and executive teams.\nExperience establishing program governance structures and managing executive-level reviews and steering committees.\nStrong risk, dependency, issue, and escalation management capabilities.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExperience working within integration-focused programs or enterprise application delivery environments.\nExposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and drive delivery excellence across complex customer environments.\nExperience in resource planning, utilization optimization, and delivery organization management.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience managing integration programs involving platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Kong, Workato, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integration, middleware, and enterprise integration concepts.\nExperience in delivering cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.\nKnowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks, governance models, and delivery best practices.\nPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certifications.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n14+ years of overall professional experience.\nMinimum 6+ years of experience in program, delivery, portfolio, or large-scale engagement management roles.\nDemonstrated success in leading large-scale customer delivery programs, portfolios, and cross-functional teams.\nProven experience managing customer-facing delivery organizations with responsibility for business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and financial
