Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and manage product engineering teams, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across Python-based application development using Django and related technologies.\n\n- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Management teams to understand features, epics, and business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.\n\n- Drive architecture and design discussions to build scalable, modular, and maintainable software solutions.\n\n- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\n\n- Ensure implemented features are unit tested, meet quality standards, and are ready for integration into the product.\n\n- Guide engineering teams in developing backend services, APIs, and frontend components using Python, Django, and React.\n\n- Drive database design, development, and performance optimization using MySQL.\n\n- Lead cloud-based application development and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.\n\n- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and efficient software delivery processes.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Mentor and guide engineering teams, promote technical excellence, and improve overall development productivity.\n\n- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and prioritize engineering initiatives.\n\n- Identify technical challenges, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nMandatory Skills & Experience :\n\n- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or product engineering.\n\n- Strong expertise in Python programming and backend application development.\n\n- Extensive experience with Django framework.\n\n- Good understanding of React and modern frontend development.\n\n- Strong experience with MySQL, database design, and query optimization.\n\n- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and design patterns.\n\n- Experience leading engineering teams and managing product development initiatives.\n\n- Ability to drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering roadmaps.\n\n- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with Workato for enterprise integration and workflow automation.\n\n- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-native application development.\n\nEducational Qualification :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
