  • Database and SQL: Write and run SQL queries using Joins to analyse data, verify backend logs, and resolve database-related tickets.
  • Java Code Reading: Analyse basic-to-moderate Java code to trace errors, identify bug origins, and coordinate fix deployments.
  • AI Tool Utilisation: Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, script writing, and documentation tasks.
  • Incident Management: Maintain clear communication with internal dev teams and stakeholders for fast resolution of escalated tickets.
