reviewing application logs, database queries, and system behaviour.\nTroubleshoot issues across distributed systems, APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and microservices.\nContribute code fixes and enhancements as part of production issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTesting and Quality Assurance: \nDevelop and execute unit, integration, and system test cases for application changes.\nEnsure high-quality deliveries through thorough testing and validation.\nUtilise automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to maintain consistent quality across deployments.\n\nTechnical Leadership: \nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support engineers.\nLead technical investigations for complex issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams.\nPromote best practices in coding, troubleshooting, system reliability, and operational excellence.\n\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Management: \nWork closely with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.\nCommunicate efficiency.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of experience in Java Development with L3 Production Support.\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.\nHands-on coding, debugging, and problem-solving experience.\nUnix/Linux and Shell Scripting knowledge.\nStrong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working with enterprise-scale banking or financial
