incidents.\nCollaborate with System Administrators, DBAs, Architects and Application teams to drive projects to completion.\nEnsure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, restoration and capacity planning requirements are met.\nImplement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, metrics, tracing and SLO/SLI monitoring.\nMaintain configuration baselines, change controls and auditable operational processes.\nWork in different shift timings based on client requirements, release activities, and support needs.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\n8+ years of experience in Middleware Administration and Support.\nStrong hands-on experience with application servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, WildFly and Tomcat.\nStrong experience with web servers including NGINX, Apache, IIS and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).\nExperience with configuring and managing high availability and load-balanced middleware environments.\nGood experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka and IBM MQ.\nHands-on experience with API Gateway platforms such as Apigee.\nExperience implementing observability solutions using ELK, Dynatrace, Prometheus and Grafana.\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools including Terraform and Ansible.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.\nWorking knowledge of source control tools such as Git and IBM RTC.\nExperience using ServiceNow and Jira for Incident, Change and Problem Management.\nStrong understanding of Linux administration and basic networking concepts.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes container platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and OCI.\nExperience with identity and access management technologies such as Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Ping and SiteMinder.\nStrong understanding of SSO/Federation technologies including SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).\nExperience with Load Balancers including F5, FortiWeb and NetScaler.\nKnowledge of authentication systems including Single-Factor Authentication (SFA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).\nGood scripting skills in Bash, Perl and Python.\nBasic understanding of Java and Java-based application environments.\nStrong understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and Web Applications (Angular, Java).\nExperience in diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex production environments.\nAbility to automate routine operational tasks and improve service efficiency.\nMaintain documentation for system configurations, standards, procedures and operational
